Are you the one?
You have proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, warehouse, or retail operations, and a track record of managing people and delivering results. You can demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing people in operational environments
- Background in transport, logistics, warehouse, or retail operations
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and support staff to achieve performance goals
- Skilled in handling performance management and resolving workplace issues
- Experience building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
