What does the job look like?

Join the Coles team at CDC Eastern Creek as an Operations Manager and lead a dedicated group delivering efficient transport and logistics solutions. You’ll drive operational performance, ensure safety and compliance, and foster a positive team environment. This role offers daily challenges and the opportunity to make a real impact.   • Oversee staff training, development, and performance management

Are you the one?

You have proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, warehouse, or retail operations, and a track record of managing people and delivering results. You can demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing people in operational environments
  • Background in transport, logistics, warehouse, or retail operations
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and support staff to achieve performance goals
  • Skilled in handling performance management and resolving workplace issues
  • Experience building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
