What does the job look like?

As Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehousing operations within a fast-paced, high-volume facility. You’ll drive performance through strong leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and a focus on delivering operational excellence and results.

This role is accountable for optimising warehouse performance by driving continuous improvement, ensuring efficient resource utilisation, and delivering against customer and financial targets. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing, safety-first culture while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key areas:

• Building strong, proactive relationships with a customer-first mindset
• Driving cost control initiatives while maximising profitability and service outcomes
• Managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs to optimise warehouse performance
• Analysing and presenting weekly operational results to senior leadership
• Maximising productivity through effective planning and resource utilisation
• Leading, coaching, and performance managing teams to deliver results
• Embedding a strong safety culture aligned to WHS, COR, and quality standards

Are you the one?

You are an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You bring strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a proven ability to deliver results while meeting customer expectations. You can demonstrate:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale warehouse operations
• Strong financial and analytical capability
• A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Confidence influencing stakeholders, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and capital planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including experience working with unions with customers and senior stakeholders, delivering clear communication and strong service outcomes
