What does the job look like?
We’re seeking a proactive and accountable Pallet Controller to join our Rosehill team. This newly created role addresses ongoing pallet management challenges and supports recent business changes. You’ll be responsible for stabilising processes, improving reporting, and supporting inventory control across our operations. The role replaces a previous transport position and adds CUB inventory duties. You’ll work independently, with strong support during transition and process standardisation across three Asahi sites.
Key areas:
- Oversee pallet movements across warehouse, transport, and despatch.
- Plan and coordinate pallet collections, deliveries, and recoveries.
- Maintain and reconcile the IOU register, ensuring all evidence is attached.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboard summaries.
- Support process standardisation and training across multiple sites.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with WHS procedures.
- Lead and participate in governance stand-ups to drive continuous improvement.
