What does the job look like?

As a PM Supervisor, you oversee end‑to‑end shift operations to ensure resources, people and priorities come together seamlessly. You play a vital role in maintaining safety, meeting customer expectations and driving strong operational performance across your shift. Key deliverables:

  • Oversee site operations during shift to meet workload, demand and customer priorities.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by identifying, assessing and controlling risks.
  • Allocate labour and resources dynamically to meet volume and productivity targets.
  • Lead shift teams through coaching, observations, start‑up meetings and ongoing communication.
  • Ensure accurate training, competency records, timekeeping and payroll information.
  • Manage expenditure, investigate anomalies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment and enjoy bringing people together to deliver safe, efficient and customer‑focused outcomes. You’re solutions‑oriented, confident making decisions on the shift, and committed to developing a positive team culture. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience in business operations and direct leadership of frontline staff.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes across receiving, picking, replenishment and despatch.
  • Ability to manage productivity, streamline processes and respond to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in equipment or fleet coordination, including repair and maintenance workflows.
  • Strength in resolving issues, supporting customer needs and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • A forklift licence, with additional experience on tugger or reach equipment highly regarded.
