What does the job look like?

As the Senior HR Data and Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high‑quality HR reporting, analysis and insights that support strategic decision‑making across the Linfox Group. Leveraging tools such as SAP, Kronos (UKG Workforce Dimensions), Power BI and other reporting platforms, you will develop and optimise reporting frameworks, enhance data quality and provide workforce analytics that drive operational and strategic outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to streamline reporting processes, strengthen organisational data literacy and support Linfox’s ongoing deployment and evolution of SuccessFactors.

This role is based onsite at Head Office in Essendon Fields (VIC).

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver core HR reports and dashboards
• Analyse workforce trends and provide insights
• Maintain data accuracy and resolve reporting issues
• Partner with stakeholders on reporting needs
• Enhance reporting tools, models and self‑service capability
• Support continuous improvement and data governance

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Experience in HR reporting and analytics using systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors and Kronos
• Strong data visualisation capability including experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Confident engaging stakeholders and explaining insights
• Highly analytical, organised and customer‑focused
