About the role

Reporting to the Portfolio & Delivery Manager – Transport Solutions, this role leads day‑to‑day project execution, ensuring alignment between business requirements, IT functions and technical teams. You will help maintain momentum, manage risks and ensure high‑quality delivery across initiatives.

This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate small project deliveries and support larger initiatives.
• Work closely with Portfolio Manager, Product Managers and Project Managers.
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping and delivery planning.
• Provide accurate status reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate change requests and implementation activities.
• Ensure PMO standards are followed for small projects.
• Support continuous improvement across the portfolio.

What you bring:

• Experience delivering IT or supply‑chain related projects.
• Familiarity with Waterfall SDLC (mandatory); Agile advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Understanding of supply chain and transport operations.
• Leadership capability to motivate and guide team members.
