What does the job look like?

The Linfox Operational Training Department (LOT) is currently recruiting a passionate and self-motivated WA based Operations Trainer to join their successful team. Reporting to the Training Partner SA/NT/WA, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and CoR requirements at all times
• Performing training with new and existing employees on a variety of equipment
• Delivering practical and classroom-based training to Linfox team members.
• Organise and deliver On-Road Driver Assessments.
• Ensure training and assessment records are processed timely and accurately
• Travelling to Metro and Regional sites to implement training solutions as required
• Provide mentoring support to Linfox Business Unit Trainers
• Complete professional development activities
• Support the team to review and develop training resources as required

• Flexibility to work a variety of hours

• Deliver site-specific training e.g. Site Inductions, Driver Assessments and SWP’s

• Relevant training qualification (Cert IV desirable)

• Heavy Vehicle Licence (MC and Road Train)

• Forklift licence

• Good attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
