What does the job look like?

We’re seeking an experienced Storeperson with strong inventory knowledge and proven team‑leading capability to join our high‑performing warehouse team. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly every day. You’ll be responsible for the accurate receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch of stock, while ensuring all inventory records are maintained to the highest standard.

Working closely with the Inventory & Resource Planning Manager, you’ll help uphold stock integrity, troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies, and support broader warehouse activities as required. Your experience in guiding or supporting a team will be highly valued, as you’ll contribute to creating an efficient, safe, and collaborative environment. This is a permanent full‑time opportunity, Monday to Friday (5:00am – 1:30pm), based at our Chullora site.Key areas:

• Accurately complete and report on all Inventory KPI’s and Handovers on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis
• Track, report and escalate any potential short supply and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and reported
• Manage and maintain all data entry of work that has been carried out
• Undertake necessary cycle counts and stocktakes as required by manager and/or customer
• Assist in establishing the most efficient locations for storage, retrieval and pick faces
• Assist in all aspects of the warehouse – Picking and replenish stock

• Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse/logistics background
• Experience in Inventory and team leader skills
• Excellent knowledge of WMS within a paperless warehouse
• Good numerical skills and sound Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Sound verbal and written communication skills
• Current LF lic with a min of 12 months experience
