About the role | Mō te tūnga

Join our team as a Pallet Controller, supporting our National Pallet Manager to manage pallet movements and maintain accurate records across our operations. Key areas;

• Process pallet transfers in 2ic Pallet Software from the New Zealand TMS movement reports
• Reconcile weekly pallet invoices for Six CHEP and Six Loscam Accounts across the whole of New Zealand.
• Investigate disputes and follow up on discrepancies
• Support training and audits across sites
• Liaise with internal teams, customers and third parties
• Follow up of 1-4-1 pallet swaps

About you | Ō pūkenga

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working with systems and data. 

• Intermediate–advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Advanced 2ic Software experience
• Minimum 3-year Pallet Reconciliation experience over multiple accounts
• Good planning, organisation and time management
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy (there is a lot of repetition in this role)

What you’ll need | Ngā āheitanga

• Previous experience in pallets or stock control preferred
• Ability to handle competing priorities and problem-solve
• Familiarity with warehousing or transport environments
• Strong customer service mindset
• Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
