What does the job look like?

Join the Analytics and Design Services (ADS) team and play a key role in improving warehouse performance across the Linfox network. As a Warehouse Optimisation Analyst, you’ll analyse processes, optimise layouts, enhance productivity, and support technology integration to strengthen operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Warehouse Solutions & Automation Manager, you’ll work closely with operations, commercial, ADIT, and project teams to deliver practical improvements and support continuous optimisation initiatives.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Optimise layouts to enhance space utilisation and goods flow
• Support WMS and warehouse technology implementation
• Contribute to inventory governance, audits, and controls
• Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and forecasting
• Collaborate across business units to deliver scalable solutions
• Promote Linfox’s Vision Zero safety standards

Are you the one?

We’re looking for a hands‑on analyst with strong operational insight and a passion for warehouse optimisation. You’ll bring:

• Experience in warehouse operations or process improvement
• Understanding of logistics, inventory, and warehouse workflows
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with WMS and data analysis tools
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
