What does the job look like?

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You’ll lead frontline activity, optimise resources and support continuous improvement while delivering strong customer outcomes. Key areas:
  • Lead daily operational and transport activities to meet safety, service and commercial targets
  • Ensure compliance with fatigue management, OH&S, legislative and company requirements
  • Coordinate fleet utilisation and contractor activity to maximise efficiency and payloads
  • Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
  • Build strong customer relationships through accurate reporting and service delivery
  • Identify and implement process improvements across operations and safety

Are you the one?

You’re a hands‑on operational leader with a strong safety mindset and experience supervising transport or operational teams in a regulated environment. You’re confident working on the floor, influencing outcomes and supporting people performance. You can demonstrate:
  • Proven experience supervising transport or operational teams (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian transport regulations and fatigue management
  • Experience coordinating fleet, drivers and/or contractors in a high‑volume operation
  • A track record of driving safety compliance and operational improvement
  • Confidence supporting performance, training and workforce planning activities
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
