What does the job look like?

We’re looking for an experienced Functional Specialist – SAP Fleet Insurance and Financials to join our Corporate Systems team based at Essendon Fields.

In this role, you’ll be the key functional support contact for SAP Insurance Claims Management (ICM) and SAP Financials, working closely with business stakeholders across Insurance, Fleet and Finance to support, enhance and improve SAP solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent role, based on site at Linfox HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC).

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide L1/L2 functional support for SAP ICM and SAP Financials
• Support and improve end‑to‑end insurance claims and fleet financial processes
• Analyse, document and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers
• Support SAP enhancements, change requests, patching and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and compliance needs
• Participate in SAP projects, rollouts and integration activities across FI, CO, MM and PM

Are you the one?

You will have strong hands‑on experience supporting SAP Financials and Insurance Claims Management in a complex enterprise environment. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, able to translate business needs into functional SAP solutions, and confident owning issues end‑to‑end.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Proven experience with SAP Financials (FICO) and Insurance Claims Management (ICM)
• Strong understanding of integrations across FI, CO, MM and PM
• Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle and application support
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to explain SAP concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
