What does the role look like?

The Compliance Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Linfox and BevChain businesses across road compliance systems, subcontractor onboarding and regulatory requirements.

This role works closely with the national road compliance team, Legal, IT and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and compliant information is maintained across key systems and databases. You’ll be a critical link between systems, data and the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and processing vehicle and driver applications in line with business unit requirements.
  • Maintaining approved subcontractor records, including vehicle and driver updates.
  • Responding to subcontractor and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
  • Supporting system enhancements, including UAT testing and liaison with IT.
  • Assist with FOXLink system updates and training
  • Involvement in management of NHVAS accreditation, and NHVR permit application processes

You’re organised, methodical and comfortable working with data, systems and multiple stakeholders. You enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and compliance matter.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven administration experience (transport or compliance exposure beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of information
  • Confidence working with data to identify issues, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP and/or compliance systems highly regarded.
  • A flexible mindset and willingness to support projects across the broader supply chain network.
