Rotate across multiple tech domains delivering digital change that supports national supply chain operations. Across six three‑month rotations, you will gain hands‑on experience in diverse technology areas, contribute to high‑impact digital projects and build leadership capability in an environment committed to innovation, inclusion and continuous learning. This program is designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities across Linfox.

What can you expect? 

• Build deep capability through rotations across Analytics and Design, Warehouse Solutions, Transport Solutions, Cloud Management, Enterprise Projects, Corporate Solutions and more. 

• Work with industry‑leading tools, platforms and technology partners to develop modern, scalable and secure solutions. 

• Support the development and enhancement of Linfox’s integrated warehouse and transport systems. 

• Engage in problem‑solving and solution design across complex technology environments. 

• Receive ongoing support through a dedicated buddy, mentoring from senior leaders and structured graduate development workshops. 

• Contribute to innovative technology initiatives that improve safety, sustainability, customer service and operational performance. 

Are you the one? 

You are an aspiring technology professional who is curious, collaborative and motivated to apply your skills to real‑world challenges. You enjoy learning new tools and systems, solving problems and working with others to design solutions that have meaningful impact across large‑scale operations. 

You can demonstrate: 

• Completion (or near completion) of a degree in IT, computer science, information systems, data science or a related field within the last two years. 

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency (including New Zealand citizens) at the time you apply. 

• Interest in technology‑driven improvement, systems development, analytics or digital transformation. 

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, tools and ways of working. 

• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. 

• You’re comfortable learning on the go, asking great questions, and taking feedback to improve quickly. 

• Commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous learning in a fast‑moving environment. 

• Availability to commence in February 2027.
