Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager is responsible for the quality management of site inventory across a key customer portfolio at the Heathwood site. This role ensures accurate stock control, compliance with customer quality requirements and transparent, auditable inventory processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site inventory quality, including receipting, damaged goods, stock adjustments and product location control.
  • Deliver accurate stock control through cycle counts, stocktakes, audits and reconciliation activities.
  • Lead customer stocktakes in line with agreed timeframes and requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate inventory reporting using customer and site systems.
  • Maintain auditable inventory processes, including age stock control, zoning and transaction accuracy.
  • Support customer quality requirements, including NCR reporting and mock recalls as required.
Are you the one?
 
You are an experienced inventory or stock control professional with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, quality requirements and customer expectations in a distribution or logistics environment.
You can demonstrate:
  • Experience in an inventory coordinator or inventory management role within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, with SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience conducting stocktakes, cycle counts, audits and inventory reconciliations.
  • Understanding of quality frameworks, including SQF, HACCP or similar standards.
  • Ability to produce accurate inventory reports and maintain auditable stock records.
  • Flexibility to work to customer timeframes and operational requirements.
