Workflow Planner

The Planning Coordinator is responsible for completing daily load planning and outbound order processing in line with Linfox and customer contract requirements. This role supports warehouse operations through accurate planning, transport bookings and timely customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily load planning and process outbound customer orders in line with contract requirements.
  • Process outbound orders, delivery paperwork and pallet transfer documentation using site systems.
  • Book and coordinate transport for outbound collections.
  • Liaise with clients, carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve customer service enquiries.
  • Report operational issues and delays in real time to support service delivery.
  • Support safe work practices and contribute to a collaborative, multi‑functional office team.
 
Are you the one?
 
You are an organised planning or administration professional with experience in warehouse or logistics environments and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced operational setting. You can demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a planning, coordination or similar operational role.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control and outbound order processes.
  • Experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel in an operational environment.
  • Ability to coordinate transport bookings and manage delivery documentation.
  • Strong customer service capability when liaising with clients and carriers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to tight timeframes.
