What does the job look like?
As the Project Manager for BevChain, you will lead the integration of new business contracts into BevChain operations. Working closely with Business Development and Operations, you will ensure new customers are onboarded smoothly, efficiently, and in line with organisational strategy. You will manage end‑to‑end customer transitions, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across integration and pipeline processes.
This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Regency Park (SA), with flexibility to consider a 0.8 FTE.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading integration of new and acquired business contracts
- Developing and executing customer integration and project plans
- Partnering with Business Development during prospecting and proposal phases
- Managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Supporting operations through implementation and transition
- Managing and improving the end‑to‑end stage‑gate process for the BD pipeline
- Maintaining accurate pipeline data, reporting, and governance
Are you the one?
You are an experienced Project Manager with a background in logistics, supply chain, or complex operational environments, and a strong ability to manage change and cross‑functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Experience integrating new customers or contracts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and planning skills
- Ability to manage timelines, risks, and competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with operational cost models and planning
- Experience managing national customers (HQ‑level exposure preferred)
