We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders and support employees across our BevChain operations, helping to drive strong people outcomes in a

This is a hands-on, generalist HR role offering broad exposure to employee relations, performance management, people initiatives, and partnering with the business to drive people outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to leaders and employees across BevChain
  • Supporting employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and policy interpretation
  • Partnering with leaders to uplift performance and development conversations
  • Collaborating with Talent Advisory on attraction and retention strategies
  • Delivering cyclical HR processes (PDPs, systems, reporting and eForms)
  • Analysing people data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations
  • Supporting and embedding HR policies, practices and BU people plans aligned to business objectives

About You:

You’re a confident HR professional who thrives in an operational environment and can balance advisory work with execution.

You can demonstrate

  • Formal qualifications in Human Resource Management. 
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR coordination role
  • Exposure to high-volume recruitment, ideally within blue-collar or operational workforces
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations best practice
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • The confidence to coach, influence and challenge leaders when required
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
