As Network and Site Technology Lead, you will lead a high‑performing engineering team delivering secure, reliable and future‑ready network and site technology across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a people‑focused leadership role with accountability for network operations, delivery outcomes and vendor performance, providing direction, coaching and oversight rather than hands‑on configuration, while focusing on prioritisation, standards and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with architects, portfolio and project managers, and business stakeholders to shape requirements, approve designs, manage financials, and guide initiatives from concept through to operational support.

This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC)

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage workload across BAU operations, incidents and projects, including prioritisation and escalation
  • Act as the primary contact for network and site initiatives such as new builds, expansions, upgrades and security programs
  • Partner with operations, architects, PMO and vendors to deliver fit‑for‑purpose, strategically aligned solutions
  • Own financial management for initiatives, including budgeting, cost estimates and vendor quotations
  • Oversee the stability and performance of network and site technology across a large, distributed environment

About You:

You combine a strong networking foundation with a collaborative leadership style, enabling you to lead people, influence stakeholders, engage vendors and senior leaders, and guide teams toward shared outcomes.

You can demonstrate:

  • 5+ years with hands-on senior network engineering experience with leadership responsibility
  • Proven people leadership with a coaching and mentoring approach
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
