What does the job look like?

Join our team as a Senior Transport Supervisor and play a vital role in managing transport operations for a leading beverage company. You will oversee daily transport functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong team leadership at our customer sites in Kemps Creek and Auburn NSW. Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily transport operations, including fleet utilisation, load planning, and dispatch coordination, in partnership with the current Transport logistics teams including Supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with fatigue management, COR, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain and foster a cooperative relationship among operational, transport, and administrative staff within both BevChain and the customer.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in scheduling and route optimisation.
  • Maintain close communication and regularly update the on-site customer to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and report on performance targets and progress.
  • Close out customer enquiries as well as ensuring Delivery on time metrics are met.

Are you the one?

Based at our Kemps Creek site, this opportunity requires a customer‑focused approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience in transport and logistics, fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong adherence and understanding of COR requirements.
  • Understanding of Sydney metro transport operations and scheduling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee daily resource planning activities, ensuring alignment with forecast and budget requirements.
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, transport management systems).
