What does the job look like?
Linfox partners with leading Resources and Industrial organisations across Australia, delivering specialised logistics solutions. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our NSW Fuel Distribution team based in Padstow, supporting key customer contracts with Ampol and BP.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Working closely with Operations Supervisors and the wider team, you will support day-to-day operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key areas:
- Support safe and compliant operations through effective coordination and reporting
- Maintain key compliance systems, including fatigue, LPO and incident reporting
- Assist in performance analysis, reporting, and customer KPI tracking
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure service delivery expectations are met
- Contribute to system improvements and digital initiatives across TMS and driver tools

- Intermediate systems capability (MS Office; SAP/TMS exposure desirable)
