What does the job look like?

This role supports the Operations Supervisor in delivering a safe, efficient operation while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in site administration, financial processing and scheduling of containers and trucks, ensuring accurate and timely data to support daily operations.

Key areas:

  • Process invoices, PODs and financial data accurately and within required timeframes
  • Deliver weekly accruals and payroll information to support head office reporting
  • Provide accurate data for financial reporting, customer billing and employee payments
  • Schedule containers and trucks to support operational requirements and delivery performance
  • Coordinate fleet scheduling and arrange maintenance for site vehicles and equipment
  • Maintain training compliance through the Learning Portal and escalate non-compliance

Are you the one?

You are a highly organised operations or administration professional with strong attention to detail and data entry skills, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administration role
  • Experience with data entry and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience scheduling transport movements, including containers and trucks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to transport operations or fleet scheduling environments
  • Knowledge of SAP and transport administration functions (desirable)
