What does the job look like?

As a Senior Analyst – UKG Pro WFM at Linfox, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimisation of our UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform across the business.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to deliver reliable system enhancements, support BAU operations, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduler, Accruals, etc.) to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Conduct unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and support deployment of new configurations
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and data mapping
  • Provide BAU support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation management
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, pay policies, and organisational standards
  • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing system support
  • Partner with IT and vendors to ensure accurate data flow and system performance

Are you the one?

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of workforce management systems. You’ll bring hands-on experience in configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM, along with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • 4+ years’ experience with Time and Attendance systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM
  • Strong hands-on skills in timekeeping, scheduling, accrual, and pay rule configuration
  • Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex system issues
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations
  • Experience with testing (unit, UAT, regression) and system deployment activities
  • Strong documentation skills across configurations and workflows
  • Ability to deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
