What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal is looking for a Branch Manager Sydney based in Chullora. This person will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving commercial performance, maintaining strong customer relationships and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations while delivering outstanding service and financial outcomes. Key Areas:

• Lead safety, compliance and operational performance across the branch
• Manage branch profitability, budgets and weekly P&L outcomes
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
• Lead, coach and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives

Are you the one?

• Leadership experience within transport, logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and P&L management
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence stakeholders
• Strong safety, compliance and people leadership capability
• Experience managing performance, developing teams and dealing with industrial relations matters
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
