What does the job look like?

Lead a complex, multi-state Consumer & Healthcare portfolio, driving operational excellence, customer growth, and strategic outcomes.

This is a critical senior leadership role accountable for leading a highly complex, multi-state Consumer & Healthcare portfolio, driving operational performance, customer growth, and strategic outcomes. You will lead geographically dispersed, high performing teams, while strengthening relationships across a diverse customer base, delivering the business unit strategy, and embedding a high-performance, safety-led culture. Success in this role will come from your ability to navigate complexity, drive continuous improvement, and translate strategic priorities into sustainable operational results.

Key areas:

• Deliver the business unit plan by translating strategy into operational outcomes
• Grow existing and new business through strong customer engagement and commercial focus
• Lead customer engagement across a diverse portfolio to strengthen long-term partnerships
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across operations
• Lead and develop geographically dispersed high performing teams, to achieve performance targets
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Linfox and legislative safety requirements

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior management within transport, logistics, or a similar industry
• Extensive operational leadership across supply chain functions including warehousing and transport
• Proven track record in delivering business growth and managing customer contracts
• Experience leading large teams with clear accountability and performance outcomes
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess performance and drive results
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-site and multi-stakeholder environments
