What does the job look like?

Are you looking to break into the warehousing industry but unsure where to begin? Our Warehouse Academy in Derrimut is your gateway to a rewarding career. Located in Melbourne’s growing western corridor, our academy offers hands-on experience, nationally recognised training, and a supportive environment designed to help you thrive.

We’re hiring multiple Pick Packers for permanent roles within a highly automated warehouse environment. These roles are ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, committed to safety, and ready to take the first step in their logistics journey.

These roles will be permanent positions Mon - Fri. Shifts start times from 6:00 AM, 8:00 AM, and 10:00 AM, providing flexibility to suit different schedules. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Picking, packing, and processing customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Operating RF scanners and low-level order pickers
  • Supporting general warehouse operations and assisting team members as needed
  • Participating in structured training and onboarding activities
