What does the job look like?
This role provides hands-on Safety, Health and Wellbeing support across multiple operational sites, partnering closely with site teams to reduce risk and strengthen safety culture. You will play a key role in driving practical safety outcomes through engagement, coaching, and site-based support. 

Key areas:

  • Support operational teams to embed Safety, Health and Wellbeing practices across daily site activities 
  • Analyse safety data to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies 
  • Plan and deliver SHW campaigns to drive engagement and behavioural change 
  • Coordinate risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures and committee meetings to maintain safe operations
  • Support sites in audit preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements  
  • Monitor safety reporting, investigations and corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement 

Are you the one?
You are an operationally focused safety professional who enjoys working closely with site teams and building strong relationships to drive safety outcomes. You bring a practical, hands-on approach with the ability to manage priorities across multiple locations. 

You can demonstrate:

  • Experience in a Safety, Health & Wellbeing role within transport, warehousing or a related industry 
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment and hazard mitigation practices 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites and stakeholders 
  • Proven capability to analyse safety data and drive effective corrective actions 
  • Strong focus on site engagement, coaching and influencing safe behaviours 
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (preferred)
