As an Analyst UKG Pro WFM, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Linfox’s workforce management system across multiple geographies.
Reporting to the Kronos Manager, you’ll provide BAU support, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a reliable and efficient UKG Pro WFM service across the business.

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide BAU support across UKG Pro WFM including tickets, queries and system issues
- Investigate, resolve and escalate application issues where required
- Maintain system processes, documentation and support standards
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Translate requirements into system configurations and enhancements
- Test configuration changes and manage defect resolution
- Deliver end-user training and support continuous improvement initiatives
Are you the one?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented systems analyst who enjoys troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and driving system improvements within a structured environment.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- 2+ years’ experience in Time & Attendance systems
- Exposure to UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Experience with process documentation and system configuration
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across different business units
