What does the job look like?

Join Linfox Intermodal and lead a critical function at the heart of our Queensland network. As our Administration Supervisor, you'll lead a high-performing administration team responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately processed from order to delivery, enabling operational excellence across our network. You'll drive real-time system accuracy, revenue assurance, continuous improvement and team performance while ensuring the seamless flow of freight through our network. This permanent full-time opportunity is based in Acacia Ridge, QLD and operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. Key Areas: 

  • Lead the Queensland freight processing team to deliver accurate and timely order-to-delivery processing across inbound and outbound freight movements
  • Drive real-time data integrity across transport management systems, ensuring operational, customer and financial information remains accurate
  • Partner with Operations, Train Services and Customer Service teams to align freight processing with live network activity
  • Deliver revenue and cost assurance through accurate cost allocation, auditing and processing practices
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, standardise processes and reduce revenue leakage
  • Manage team performance, rostering and capability development to foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Are you the one?

You're an experienced people leader from a transport, logistics or supply chain environment who enjoys improving processes, developing teams and delivering operational excellence. You can demonstrate: 
  • Leadership experience within transport, logistics, freight processing or supply chain operations
  • Strong capability working across Transport Management Systems and operational reporting platforms
  • Experience managing operational administration, freight processing, billing, revenue assurance or cost allocation activities
  • Proven success driving continuous improvement and process standardisation initiatives
  • Ability to build strong relationships across operations, finance, customer service and commercial teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer outcomes
