What does the job look like?

Join Linfox's Laverton National Distribution Centre and play a critical role in delivering consistent, compliant, and effective training outcomes across Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts. You will support onboarding, upskilling, competency management, training governance, and operational excellence while ensuring training records, processes and documentation remain accurate and audit-ready. 

Key areas:

  • Deliver training solutions aligned to operational and customer requirements. 
  • Conduct training and competency assessments across automation, forklifts, heavy vehicles and other MHE. 
  • Verify employee competency and maintain accurate assessment and training records. 
  • Develop, maintain and control training materials, SOPs, process documents and work instructions. 
  • Support compliance audits, KPI reporting, record management and training governance requirements.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to training delivery, assessment practices and documentation standards. 

Are you the one?

You are an experienced warehouse or transport operations professional with a passion for training, compliance and capability development. You thrive in fast-paced operational environments and can deliver practical and theory-based training while maintaining high standards of safety, governance and record management. 

You can demonstrate:

  • 4–5 years of operational experience within warehouse or driving operations. 
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable). 
  • HRW Licence for warehouse training environments. 
  • Experience conducting operator training and competency assessments across MHE and automated environments. 
  • Experience maintaining training records, compliance documentation and version-controlled processes. 
  • Knowledge of workplace safety requirements, training governance and operational compliance standards.
