What does the job look like?
The Senior Management Accountant will play a key leadership role across the finance function, overseeing a small team while driving core financial processes and performance outcomes. They're responsible for delivering weekly and monthly reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensuring robust financial controls and systems are in place.

This role is highly visible and requires a strong ability to partner with operational stakeholders, translate financial data into insights, and influence decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated financial professionals
• Own weekly and monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Partner with operations to provide commercial insights and support decision-making
• Improve systems, processes, and reporting capability across the finance function
• Ensure strong governance across financial controls and back-end finance processes
• Deliver reporting and analysis in a fast-paced, operational environment

Are you the one?

• 5-7+ years’ experience in Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
• Proven leadership experience, managing and developing diverse teams
• Strong business partnering capability with operational stakeholders
• Confident and clear communicator with the ability to influence outcomes
• Highly process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Degree qualified in accounting, with CA or CPA certification
