What does the job look like?

An opportunity is available to join the HR Administration & Compliance team in a 12-month max term role, supporting key HR systems, document control, and operational activities, while contributing to the transition to NovaCore.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining document registers and ensuring HR resources are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting data cleanses and system enhancements
  • Managing shared inboxes and enquiries
  • Assisting with internal communications and advertising
  • Coordinating document control activities across SOPs and training materials
  • Supporting audits and reporting requirements
  • Providing administrative support across HR projects and system improvements.

About You:

You’re an organised and detail-focused team member who enjoys working across systems and processes, takes ownership of your work, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.

You can demonstrate:

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in administration (HR or document control preferred)
  • Exposure to document control processes or a strong interest in this space
  • Experience with systems such as SharePoint or document management platforms (NovaCore desirable)
  • Experience supporting or using Learning Management Systems (nice to have)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
  • Effective communication skills and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
