What does the job look like?

We're looking for a commercially minded and adaptable LBS Support Analyst to support our Logistics Billing Solution (LBS) across Transport and Warehousing operations for a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Product Manager – Blue Yonder, you'll be responsible for supporting billing processes, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across the business. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Technology teams, you'll help protect revenue and support the successful transition of LBS into a stable BAU environment.

This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC) 

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the LBS (Blue Yonder Billing Manager) platform.
• Monitor billing runs, invoice generation and billing accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing incidents, discrepancies and data issues.
• Support the onboarding of new customers, businesses and billing flows.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams to resolve queries and improve outcomes.
• Work with Product, Integration and Support teams to maintain platform stability and continuous improvement.
• Support billing validation, reconciliations and process optimisation.

About You:

You are an adaptable problem solver with a strong finance, commercial, billing or invoicing background. Rather than being a traditional IT support professional, you bring business and stakeholder expertise and are keen to learn a specialised enterprise billing platform.

You can demonstrate:

• A Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting invoicing, billing, finance or commercial operations.
• Exposure to logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain environments.
• Experience setting up new customers, businesses, billing structures or operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams.
• Experience using SAP ECC, SAP TM, Blue Yonder or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• A willingness to learn new systems and build expertise in a specialist billing platform.
