What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced IT Security GRC Delivery Analyst to support governance, risk and compliance activities across the business. Reporting to the IT Security Delivery Lead, you will manage risk and remediation activities, enhance governance processes, support security initiatives, and deliver meaningful reporting that strengthens the organisation's cyber security posture. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you'll help ensure security risks are effectively identified, managed and tracked through to resolution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the IT Risk Register, including risk tracking and remediation activities.
  • Support governance, risk and compliance processes and reporting.
  • Coordinate risk assessments and remediation activities across technology initiatives.
  • Work with business leaders to develop and track risk treatment plans.
  • Support policy development, audit activities and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate security-related project activities and stakeholder communications.

About You:

You are a collaborative and organised professional with experience in governance, risk, compliance or cyber security. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders, driving accountability and contributing to the ongoing maturity of our cyber security capabilities.

You can demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Security, risk or delivery certifications are desirable.
  • Experience in information security, cyber security, governance, risk or compliance.
  • Experience maintaining risk registers and tracking remediation activities.
  • Strong reporting, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exposure to audits, security controls and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
