What does the job look like?

We are seeking a highly capable Senior IT Security GRC Delivery Analyst to join the IT Security team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the IT Security Delivery Lead, you will lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives across the cyber security function, partnering with stakeholders across IT, Risk, Compliance and Operational Technology teams. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on security policies, risk management, SOCI obligations, compliance requirements and governance best practice, while driving security uplift initiatives and supporting the continued maturity of our cyber security capability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the IT Security Governance, Risk and Compliance framework.
• Manage the IT Risk Register, risk assessments and remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards and governance documentation.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and governance insights.
• Provide guidance on SOCI obligations and compliance requirements.
• Engage and coordinate with risk owners, Enterprise Risk, and relevant stakeholders to assess security risks, agree on appropriate treatment plans, and drive mitigation activities through to closure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance and reporting practices.

About You:

You are an experienced GRC professional with strong governance, policy and risk management expertise gained within a complex or regulated environment. You can confidently engage senior stakeholders, influence outcomes and provide practical guidance that strengthens governance and cyber security maturity across the business. Experience within critical infrastructure or Operational Technology environments will be highly regarded.

You can demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, IT or a related discipline.
• Security, risk or governance certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or ISO27001.
• Significant experience in information security governance, risk and compliance.
• Strong experience writing and managing security policies, standards and procedures.
• Experience managing risk registers, controls and remediation programs.
• Knowledge of SOCI obligations and critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering executive reporting and governance outcomes.
• Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
