What does the job look like?

As the Head of Workplace Technologies, you will lead the strategy, governance and operational performance of Linfox's workplace technology environment, ensuring a secure, seamless and consistent experience for employees across the business.

You will bring together multiple workplace technology functions, drive service excellence and play a key role in modernising the employee technology experience.

Key areas include:

• Lead Workplace Technologies strategy across end user compute, collaboration and workforce technologies.
• Drive consistency of service delivery, customer experience and operational standards across the organisation.
• Oversee End User Compute, device management, Teams Rooms and workforce technology platforms including Kronos devices.
• Establish governance, reporting and service management practices that improve service quality and user satisfaction.
• Partner with vendors and managed service providers to deliver reliable, secure and scalable technology services.

Are you the one?

You are a customer-focused technology leader with deep expertise in workplace technologies, end user computing and service delivery. You thrive in complex enterprise environments and have a track record of leading high-performing teams while driving transformational change.

You can demonstrate:

• Extensive leadership experience across End User Compute, Workplace Technology or IT Service Delivery functions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft workplace technologies, endpoint management and enterprise desktop environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale deployments and maintaining secure device ecosystems.
• Success standardising technology services and improving end-user experience across large organisations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service management and operational governance frameworks.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing outsourced service delivery partners.
