What does the job look like?
Ready for the next step in your career? As Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operation while supporting your team to deliver great outcomes for our customer. This is a Monday to Friday leadership opportunity based at the Truganina RDC.
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to achieve safety, service and performance targets.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across the operation.
- Develop team capability and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Deliver operational outcomes that meet customer and business expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Are you the one?
You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys leading people, solving problems and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring a strong safety focus and a passion for developing teams.
- Experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain operation.
- Ability to coach, support and develop team members.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team wellbeing.
- Experience delivering operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Ability to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities.
