What does the job look like?

Based at our Willawong site, this role supports security, risk, and asset protection initiatives across Queensland and the Northern Territory. Partnering with operational leaders across approximately 37 sites, you'll deliver security projects, conduct investigations and audits, complete risk assessments, and provide expert security advice. This is a varied role with a mix of project management, security infrastructure, and operational security responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing security infrastructure projects including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Conducting investigations, security reviews, and incident management activities.
• Completing site audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Providing security advice and recommendations to operational leaders.
• Monitoring security trends and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Supporting critical incident response and after-hours alarm management.
• Building strong relationships across business units and external stakeholders.

About You:

You are an experienced security professional with strong investigation, risk management, and project delivery skills. You can manage competing priorities, build effective stakeholder relationships, and deliver practical security outcomes while maintaining a proactive, risk-based approach.

You can demonstrate:

• Experience in security, investigations, asset protection, risk management, or law enforcement.
• Experience managing CCTV, access control, alarm, or electronic security projects.
• Strong investigation, audit, and risk assessment capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Previous law enforcement experience will be highly regarded.
• Qualifications in Security Management, Risk Management, Business, or a related discipline are advantageous.
