What does the job look like?

Join Linfox in a dedicated role supporting a key customer across operational, customer service, quality and supply chain activities. You will play a key coordination role between Linfox and the customer, connecting stakeholders, tracking critical activities, resolving operational gaps and supporting continuous improvement.

The role is expected to work across both businesses, with approximately three days at Erskine Park and two days at the customer’s Macquarie Park office each week. Key areas:

• Coordinate customer operational requirements across quality programs, temperature mapping, customer service, inventory and supply chain activities.
• Manage daily order and shipment monitoring, identify delivery risks and support timely resolution of operational issues.
• Support quality and compliance requirements, including deviations, CAPAs, audits and associated documentation.
• Monitor inventory movements, investigate variances and support month-end inventory reconciliation and approval.
• Coordinate across Linfox and customer stakeholders to track activities, close operational gaps and support process improvements.
• Support customer-driven projects by tracking milestones, dependencies and risks and coordinating implementation across Linfox teams.

Are you the one?

You are a capable operations or supply chain professional who can confidently work across multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and customer requirements. You bring strong judgement and prioritisation skills, with the ability to engage directly with senior customer stakeholders while appropriately managing sensitive business information.

You can demonstrate:

• Experience within logistics, supply chain or operational support, with exposure to customer, inventory and operational activities.
• Experience working across quality and compliance activities, including audits, deviations, CAPAs or related programs.
• Strong prioritisation and judgement, with the ability to determine which customer and operational requirements need immediate attention.
• Confidence engaging with a broad stakeholder group including quality, operations, customer service, account management and senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams, track actions and drive operational issues through to resolution.
• Experience working with operational systems and data, including inventory checking, reconciliation, variance management and sales order tracking.
