What does the job look like?

As a Senior Pallet Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day movement and management of pallets across multiple sites and contracts, ensuring accurate reconciliations, stocktakes and reporting.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining healthy pallet accounts, improving processes and supporting operational stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pallet movements across multiple sites and contracts.
• Maintain pallet hire volumes in line with operational requirements.
• Deliver accurate monthly pallet financial reporting, stocktakes and reconciliations.
• Review pallet data to ensure accuracy, integrity and best-practice controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across pallet processes and controls.
• Liaise with customers, pallet providers and internal stakeholders to investigate discrepancies and support account performance.

Are you the one?

You are a highly organised pallet or logistics professional with strong experience managing pallet accounts, reporting and reconciliations within a fast-paced operational environment. You have strong attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and can build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.

• Experience within the transport and logistics industry.
• Strong pallet reconciliation, auditing and stocktake experience.
• Experience producing, analysing and interpreting operational reports.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF systems.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and 2IC software is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
