What does the job look like?

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our high security network warehouse facility in Kewdale. You will be  overseeing the operations financial performance and must effectively manage staff wages, site maintenance at our warehouse across safety, service, cost, people and customer relationship performance. Key areas:

  • Being an innovative leader, you will walk-the-walk demonstrating exemplary safety, service and leadership
  • Developing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships
  • Delivering the most productive outcomes for Linfox through the effective utilisation of warehouse resources while meeting or exceeding the service expectations of our customer
  • A key focus on financial outcomes, proven commercial acumen including P&L responsibility
  • Ensuring a continuous improvement mindset exists and is encouraged throughout the site
  • Ensuring that the Linfox Values are part of the operational culture and all decisions and actions

  • Previous experience in Staff leadership, including negotiation and communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of supply chain industry, with experience in healthcare desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and plan commercial solutions
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to make timely and effective decisions to drive successful outcomes
  • The ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
