What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Consumer and Healthcare Group business unit is actively searching for a HC truck driver to transport diverse refrigerated products from our central distribution hub in Willawong, QLD, to retail destinations across Brisbane and its neighboring regions. As a vital part of this position, you will operate our fleet of automatic Volvo trucks, hauling different trailer types such as tautliners and Chiller Pantechs, adapting as required to efficiently complete up to 3 deliveries daily. Minimal manual handling tasks may be necessary at times. This role is an ongoing casual position, Mon - Fri (5am - 1pm). Key Responsibilities:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Maneuvering of side curtains
• Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
