What does the job look like?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our team at our Healthcare site in Erskine Park. The primary focus of this role is to ensure superior customer service for both internal and external customers by managing and inspiring the Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.’s) are followed, and Key Performance Indicators (K.P.I.’s) for service levels are consistently met. Key areas:

  • First point of contact for any customer or client escalations
  • Ensure that systems are in place to comply with relevant client, customer and regulatory requirement
  • Positively contribute in Quality investigations i.e. non-conformance reporting.
  • Participate in Process Improvement where appropriate
  • Developing, reviewing and updating customer service-related procedures
  • Assist with weekly key performance reporting and analysis to ensure an efficient and cost-effective administration operation.
  • Ensure adequate training completed by employees to effectively maintain customer service levels.

Are you the one?

You will be passionate about driving performance and have a strong background in customer service leadership. You can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience using SAP system
  • Solid previous experience as a Customer Service Manager within a similar field 
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Detailed knowledge of customer service and administration processes
  • Previous experience is Pharmaceutical/Healthcare (not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
