What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Administration and Compliance Coordinator to join our team located in Mackay QLD. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets, uploading POD’s and utilising SharePoint amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Start times can be flexible and subject to change depending on availability. Key areas:

  • Processing driver run sheets/invoices and subcontractor payments.
  • Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD’s and compliance.
  • Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams on a daily basis

Are you the one?

As a tech savvy individual with a high attention to detail and excellent time management, you will have a strong commitment to drive safety and compliance across our business. Your ability to work in an open, collaborative, and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role. You can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
  • Previous knowledge within the transport industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective service
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP & MS Excel will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.
