What does the job look like?

Our Consumer and Healthcare Group is looking to recruit a HR Advisor based at either our Essendon Fields Head Office in Melbourne, or our Kemps Creek office in New South Wales. This is a permanent role supporting the delivery of our overarching HR Workplan within one of our most high performing and high growth groups. You will support the HR Business Partner across the following key areas:

  • Deliver the overarching HR workplan and foster a safe and respectful working culture.
  • Support operational leaders with processing HR processes including eforms, PDPs and recruitment forms.
  • Assist the HR team in conducting workplace investigations and other cases as they arise.
  • Manage employee complaints, grievance process and first level advice.
  • Partner with the talent team to support talent attraction methods and role briefings.
  • Prepare and analyse HR related metrics and communicate insights to key stakeholders.

Are you the one?

You are an aspiring HR professional looking to challenge yourself within a fast paced, high performing environment. You have an ability to develop trusted relationships and approach your work with a solid level of positivity and enthusiasm. Further to this, you can also demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrated generalist experience as a HR Advisor or Coordinator within either blue or white-collar environments.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisation skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and make them your own.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
