What does the job look like?

Join Linfox’s Retail business unit and play a key role in partnering with one of Australia’s leading retailers! We’re looking for an experienced PM Transport Supervisor to take charge of transport operations, including allocation, route planning, and dispatching for metropolitan deliveries.

This is your chance to shine with a set roster of 6 PM to 6 AM, working Thursday to Saturday every week, plus every second Wednesday – offering balance and consistency.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient truck and driver utilisation
• Data entry and various administrative tasks
• Ensure daily reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Liaising with customers to build an open, effective and positive relationship
• Monitoring all driver/transport compliance and safety requirements
• Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times

Are you the one?

We're seeking seasoned transport professionals with experience in scheduling/allocation or relevant operations, offering training and support for the ideal candidate. You can demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience in roles similar to transport load planning, driver allocation, or fleet allocation preferred.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, is highly valued.
• Strong geographical understanding of the Brisbane metro area is essential.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
