What does the job look like?
The Retail business is seeking a motivated Network Administration Manager to oversee the seamless execution of administrative processes, payroll, and customer invoicing functions across our NSW Network.
This dynamic role requires flexibility to work across two key sites located at Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek. Key areas:
- Managing and validating time and attendance data in Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) for payroll and labour hire.
- Checking, validating, and approving weekly payroll reports before submission.
- Overseeing subcontractor payments and customer invoicing with accuracy and timely reconciliations.
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and issuing credits or adjustments as required.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Supervising, training, and supporting site administration staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Administering accounts payable, reconciling revenue, and managing outstanding debts.
- Maintaining and documenting site and operations system procedures.

- Proven experience in administrative or support roles

- Strong computer literacy

- Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail
