What does the job look like?

As a Senior Operations Manager at Linfox, you’ll oversee multiple sites, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery for our clients. Based in Erskine Park, this role is key to achieving financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals while managing and developing high-performing teams. Key areas:

  • Oversee client contract performance, ensuring financial and operational KPIs are met.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop Operations Managers to drive operational excellence.
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for performance and service improvements.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, risk management, and incident resolution.
  • Drive financial efficiency, including cost control, budget management, and revenue growth.

Are you the one?

We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong background in supply chain operations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of achieving business success, we want you on our team! You can demonstrate:

  • 3+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Strong leadership experience in a unionized workforce with effective dispute resolution skills.
  • Extensive supply chain management expertise, including financial and contract management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement business improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profit and performance targets.
