What does the job look like?

As the Site Manager at our Altona site, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with key stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing site operations to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to Linfox and customer safety policies.
• Managing financial performance, including staff wages, site maintenance, and cost control.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring service excellence.
• Overseeing workforce management, industrial relations, and staff development.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise site performance.

Are you the one?

We are looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and operational excellence. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role in warehousing or logistics
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and site operations.
• Knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, and logistics best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience using Microsoft and SAP
