What does the job look like?

Linfox is partnered with Australia’s leading Resources and Industrial companies, providing specialised multi-national logistics services.  Our Marsden Park operation is seeking an Export Coordinator to oversee international and domestic logistic requirements for highly valued customers. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient operation whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Key areas:

  • Maintain commitment to processes and safety standards
  • Proactive customer relationship management ensuring contractual commitments are met
  • Complete relevant paperwork for international, WA & TAS orders
  • Manifesting orders, pallet transfer & shipping documents
  • Coordinate container movements with subcontracting partners maintaining accurate records
  • Schedule loads, allocating orders, writing up loads & check off pallets
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

Are you the one?

With a high attention to detail, you will have a strong commitment to drive safety and compliance across our business. You will rely on your ability to work in collaboration with various teams coordinating activities to drive successful outcomes. You can demonstrate:

  • Understanding of warehouse and logistics functions ideally with familiarity with international shipping processes (MA041)
  • Excellent communication with the ability to build strong relationships and rapport
  • A high attention to detail with an aptitude for continuous improvement
  • Dangerous Goods knowledge and experience using SAP and Excel will be highly regarded
